At forty-something, straight-laced Cal Weaver (Steve Carell) is living the dream – a good job, nice house, great kids and marriage to his high school sweetheart. But when Cal learns that his wife, Emily (Julianne Moore), has cheated on him and wants a divorce, his "perfect" life quickly unravels into a crisis.

Cal’s beginning to spend much of his free time sulking alone at a local bar, until he meets a handsome, thirty-something player named Jacob Palmer (Ryan Gosling) who helps him to regain his manhood. Cal who hasn’t dated in years must now learn how to function in today’s single world, get over his wife, and start living his life. Jacob’s opening Cal's eyes to the many options before him: flirty women, manly drinks and a sense of style. But despite his makeover and many new conquests, the one thing that can't be made over is his heart, which seems to keep leading him back to where he began.

Sometimes in life things can get a little out of control and begin to unravel right before your eyes, but it’s up to you to figure out how to put together the pieces. This movie is a mix of comedy, romance, and drama. You know the things that make life - life. “Crazy, Stupid, Love” will be released into theaters on July 29, 2011 and also stars Emma Stone, Marisa Tomei, Liza LaPira, and Kevin Bacon.
